How to Delete Your Account and Data in StoreLOLO

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the StoreLOLO app.

Steps to delete your account:

For Store Users:

1. Open the StoreLOLO app

2. Login with your credentials

3. On the Home Screen, open the Options Menu
   (Usually represented by a 3 dots icon or menu icon)

4. Tap on "Delete Store Account"

5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

For Customer Users:

1. Open the StoreLOLO app

2. Login

3. Select a store.

   If the store list is empty or shows "No Store Found", enter any arbitrary input and tap the 'Go' button to proceed to the Home screen.

4. Home Screen

   Tap the Options Menu (person icon).

5. Go to "Account"

6. Tap on "Delete Account"

7. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What will be deleted?

• Your phone number and authentication info (Firebase)

• All personal data stored in Firestore

Deletion is permanent and completed within 7 days. You’ll be signed out immediately after confirmation.
